Activate a new Device in Duo

This article is especially helpful when replacing your phone. Follow these instructions to enroll a new phone.

**Before you start**
Make sure your new phone has the Duo app installed and you are in front of a computer. (Both your phone and computer need to be connected to the Internet)
 
1. Log into CamelWeb, after entering your credentials you'll see the Duo prompt. Select "Other options".
 
2. From the Duo Other options screen select the option “Manage devices
3. From the Duo managed devices screen choose the appropriate option. If adding a new phone, Duo Push may not work, so you will wan to select "Text message passcode
4. From the next screen select "I have a new phone" and follow the prompts.
