Additional members may be invited to meetings as needed. During the presentation of charters, at least one person who can speak to the charter must be present to deliver the presentation. Ideally, this individual should be one of the charter owners or the business sponsor.
When voting members leave the committee, new members will be selected from the available pool of individuals within the relevant department or division.
