Navigate to "Getting things fixed" in Camelweb as usual. You will now be taken directly to the updated TeamDynamix (TDX) platform interface:
From this landing page, you may select the appropriate action (L&IT Tickets, Facilities Management work request, Project Request, etc.)
Changes to Email Notifications
Expect to see email notifications that look different; these communications are designed to be more streamlined and concise than previous emails:
Emails will be slightly different depending on who performs the change, and what the change is, and also whether it is a technology ticket or a Facilities work order.
Note - if you need to update or comment on the ticket, you can do so directly from this notification by clicking on the link to the ticket (it's a link)
Surveys
You may receive a survey from the TDX system after a ticket or work order has been closed for a period of time. The survey will be sent via email and may look similar to this:
