Solution to this issue is:
Fix impletmented: Chrome recently introduced a new feature called "Local Network Access Checks", which is enabled by default.
To access this setting, open the latest version of Chrome and paste the following into your address bar:chrome://flags/#local-network-access-checkDisabling this feature resolved the issue.. Additional options disabled as well.
