Reconnect to Eduroam

To reconnect to Eduroam, you have to make your computer, phone, or device forget the network, then reconnect.

On your computer:

Windows: go to settings-->Network & Internet-->when Eduroam comes up, right-click on it, then click forget. Close the window and click the wifi icon. Click eduroam when it appears and connect with your entire Connecticut College email address as your user name and your password.

Macs: click the wifi icon on the top right of the desktop, click network preferences, click the Advanced button, click eduroam in the list of networks to highlight it then click the "-" at the bottom of that list to forget the network. Click ok and that window will close. In the network window click Apply and close it. Click the WiFi icon again then click eduroam when it reappears. When prompted enter your Conn email address and your camel password. 

Chromebook: Click the WiFi icon at the bottom right of the screen, then click eduroam and in the wifi network settings see below:

SSID:   eduroam

EAP Method:   PEAP

Phase 2 Authentication:  MSCHAPv2

Server CA Certificate:  Default

User Certificate:  None Installed

Identity:  username@conncoll.edu

Password:   Your ConnColl password

Anonymous Identity:  Empty

NOTE: In some instances, you may have to change the Server CA Certificate to 'Do Not Check'.

On your phone:

iPhone: go to your wifi settings, select the blue dot next to eduroam, and hit forget. Go back to your home screen and scroll your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom and touch the wifi icon. When eduroam appears in available networks, select it and connect with your full email address as the user name, then your password.

Droid: In your phone settings, go to WiFi/Connections. Select WiFi, in the available network list select eduroam from the available network list. When prompted, enter your Conn email address and your camel password. In the settings configuration, refer to the image below:
