Office 365 Installation for Students

All current students are eligible to install Office 365 on their personal device. Students are permitted one install on a computer and one install on a mobile device. Attempting to install on additional devices may result in account deactivation. If you need to reinstall Office 365 on a replacement computer or device, please submit an IT service ticket. 

Installation Instructions
  1. Using a browser, go to www.office.com
  2. Click on the Sign in Button
  3. Enter your Connecticut College email address
  4. Click Next
  5. Enter your current college password
  6. Click Sign In
  7. If this is your personal computer check Don’t show this again and click Yes
  8. A large white screen will be displayed, look for the Install Office button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  9. Choose Office 365 Apps
  10. The package will begin downloading… this will take a few minutes... BE PATIENT!  
  11. After the download completes, double click the downloaded file
  12. Follow the instructions in the Installer
  13. After the install completes, launch one of the new applications. It may prompt you to log in again (use your Conn email and password)
