Instructions for entering a ticket into TeamDynamix (TDX) Ticketing platform
To open a ticket follow these steps:
In Camelweb, click on the "Get Things Fixed" icon

At the Getting Things Fixed landing page, select the button for "IT Service Request"

At the TDX home page, click "Open a Ticket". If you aren't already logged in to the system, you may be prompted to do so at this point

At the service catalog, select the category that best contains your issue

In this example, click on the Wi-Fi and Network category to see the list of services offered

In this example, click on Eduroam service, and then select “Request Service”

Enter your ticket by providing the information in the form. Fields with a red asterisk are required fields and must be populated. When you are done, hit the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form
