Enterprise Systems Advisory Committee (ESAC)

Purpose:
The Enterprise Systems Advisory Committee (ESAC) is established to:

Evaluate and Prioritize Systems Projects:

  1. Review and assess project proposals submitted by College departments.
  2. Develop a thorough understanding of each project's merits to effectively recommend prioritization.

Advise on Enterprise Systems Work Plan:

  1. Provide guidance to Information Systems (IS) leadership on developing a comprehensive work plan for Enterprise Systems projects.
  2. This guidance should include recommendations on project prioritization and anticipated timelines for completion.

Report on Project Status:

  1. Deliver a biannual status report detailing completed projects, ongoing projects, and those requiring Steering Committee approval.
  2. Include in the report any resource requirements and preliminary timelines for new projects.

Progress Reporting:

  1. Submit additional progress reports to the Steering Committee as needed or upon request.

Collaboration with IT Leadership:

  1. Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that the needs of functional areas are adequately supported and that projects are completed as planned.
