The Zoom AI companion is integrated across the Zoom Workplace platform and can be used to generate AI summaries of Zoom meetings.
Before Using Zoom AI companion
- Log into your Zoom account at http://conncoll-edu.zoom.us
- Click on Settings on the left navigation bar
- Thoroughly review your AI companion settings
- It is recommended that Meeting Summary with AI companion be shared with "Only Me"
During your Zoom Meeting
- Click the AI Companion button in the Zoom toolbar to start the AI Companion
- Meeting participants will see an "AI Companion is on" pop-up notification when joining the meeting
- Click the Settings (gear) icon in the right side panel to change any AI Companion in-meeting settings
- Click the Stop AI Companion button to stop the AI companion
After your Zoom Meeting
- The AI assistant will generate meeting summaries, action items, and key discussion points
- Shortly after the meeting ends, your Meeting Summary will be emailed to you.
- Meeting summaries are available by logging into http://conncoll-edu.zoom.us and clicking Summaries on the left navigation bar
- IMPORTANT: Review your summary for accuracy and data privacy before sharing with others.
