**Before you start**
Make sure your new phone has the Duo app installed and you are in front of a computer. (Both your phone and computer need to be connected to the Internet)
1. Log into
CamelWeb, after entering your credentials you'll see the Duo prompt. Select "
Other options".
2. From the Duo Other options screen select the option “Manage devices”
3. From the Duo managed devices screen choose the appropriate option. If adding a new phone, Duo Push may not work, so you will wan to select "Text message passcode"
4. From the next screen select "I have a new phone" and follow the prompts.
